Due to our custom products' nature, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. 

However, if you are not happy with the piece you receive due to misspelling, an incorrect order, or any fault of ours, please email us at ogjewelrystore@gmail.com or via chat on our website, and we will correct it on our end. We are obligated to the extra amount of time it may take us to fix your order and have it sent out.
